These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brainrush application provided by Shashwatek Innovations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. Virtual items, coins & credits
The App includes virtual currencies ("coins", "credits") and virtual items (skins, themes, passes). These have no real-world monetary value, are licensed not sold, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust, expire or remove virtual items at our discretion.
3. Purchases
Paid credits and passes are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Razorpay and, where applicable, Google Play Billing). Prices are shown before purchase. Recurring passes (such as the Weekly Pass) renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from within the App or your payment provider's settings.
4. Advertisements
The App is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards. Availability of ads is not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or manipulate scores/leaderboards.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including resetting ill-gotten balances or scores.
6. Intellectual property
The App and its content are owned by Shashwatek Innovations Pvt Ltd and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shashwatek Innovations Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
