This Privacy Policy explains how Shashwatek Innovations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use the Brainrush mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture to create and manage your account.
Gameplay & profile data
We store data needed to run the game: coin/credit balance, XP, level, streak, scores, leaderboard entries, owned cosmetics, favourites and daily-challenge progress.
Purchase data
When you buy credits or a pass, our payment processors (e.g. Razorpay, and Google Play Billing where applicable) process your payment. We receive a transaction confirmation and store a record of the purchase. We do not store your full card or UPI details.
Device & usage data
We and our service providers may collect technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, advertising identifiers and in-app events, used for security, analytics and advertising.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve the App and its features.
- Sync your wallet, progress and leaderboards across sessions.
- Process purchases and prevent fraud.
- Show advertisements, including rewarded ads, via Google AdMob.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can learn more and manage your choices at Google's Ads policy. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties that process data on our behalf:
- Google — Sign-In and AdMob advertising.
- Razorpay — payment processing for credits and passes.
- Cloud hosting & database providers — to store your account and game data.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, or when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Some records may be retained where required by law.
8. Your rights & account deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To delete your account and associated data, visit our Delete Account & Data page or email us. We action requests within 30 days.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
