What gets deleted
When you request account deletion for Brainrush (developed by Shashwatek Innovations Pvt Ltd), we permanently remove data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile (name, email, avatar linked via Google sign-in)
- Your coin/credit balance, XP, level and streak
- Your game scores, best scores and leaderboard entries
- Owned cosmetics, equipped skins and favourites
- Daily-challenge and tournament progress
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes — for example, transaction/payment records for completed purchases — for the period required by law. Such records are not used to identify you for gameplay purposes.
How to request deletion
Submit the form on this page, or email offer.anurag@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership before deleting.
Processing time
Requests are actioned within 30 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
